We seek a President/CEO to lead the organization to the next level. The President/CEO reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for leading, managing and administering all aspects of the Foundation within the policies established by the Community Foundation’s by-laws, other internal policies and legal agreements, and applicable federal, state and local laws.

The President/CEO must possess excellent people skills including the ability to work closely and confidentially with high net worth individuals, Board of Directors, fundholders, and nonprofits while manifesting a strong ethical conduct to inspire confidence and trust among colleagues, donors, fundholders, and the overall community. Candidates must either live or have a business presence in Polk County. Mandatory qualifications include at least 5 years’ experience in managing organizations, with executive level background in overseeing budgets, financial statements and investment reports. Highly preferred is an effective communicator who has been active in community affairs. Competitive salary and benefits.
