Dorena joined GWCF as Controller in January 2023, bringing with her 40 years of experience in accounting. “I appreciate the opportunity and look forward to working with the staff, board, and fundholders as GiveWell Community Foundation continues its mission to help improve the quality of life here in our communities,” said Geary. Prior to joining GWCF, she previously served as Vice President of Operations at the Texas Methodist Foundation. Geary is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and the Southwest CUNA Management School.
