Fee Schedules
GiveWell Community Foundation applies a separate investment management fee and administrative fee to each fund. The investment management fee is charged quarterly on the fair market value of the assets of the fund based upon its invested pool(s). An administrative fee is charged monthly on the fair market value of the fund asset based on the type of fund and total assets.

Conservative Pool
- 0.50%
Balanced Pool
- 0.50%
Long Term Pool

Administrative Fees
Donor-Advised Funds
- 1.50% for assets up to $250,000
- 1.25% for assets $250,000 – $2,000,000
- 1.00% for assets $2,000,000 – $5,000,000
- 0.75% for assets $5,000,000 – $7,000,000
- 0.50% for assets $7,000,000 – $10,000,000
- 0.25% for assets $10,000,000 – $85,000,000
- 0.10% or assets over $85,000,000
Designated, Field of Interest, and Scholarship Funds
- 1.25% for assets up to $250,000
- 1.00% for assets $250,000 – $2,000,000
- 0.75% for assets $2,000,000 – $5,000,000
- 0.50% for assets $5,000,000 – $7,000,000
- 0.25% for assets over $7,000,000
Agency and Community Funds
- 0.50%
All funds require a minimum of $10,000. Fees are subject to change by action of the board of directors.
