An Empower Polk 2019 grant funded Cornerstone Hospice Foundation’s purchase of two CADD pumps. In the video below, Regional Development Director Susan Sartain explains how these devices will help Cornerstone Hospice better train and recruit new staff, while providing better service to hospice patients and their families.
