Community Clinic Grant Program
What is the Community Clinic Grant Program?
The purpose of the Community Clinic Grant Program is to identify and treat potentially chronic conditions to prevent them from worsening. The Community Clinic Grant Program is made possible through the Yardley, England, Trimmer, and Orlich Charities Fund at the Central Florida Foundation and administered through the GiveWell Community Foundation. The maximum request is $10,000, but please note that GWCF reserves the right to disperse partial awards to several organizations.
Who Can Apply?
The Community Clinic Grant Program is available by invitation only to nonprofit organizations within the Winter Haven, FL area that provide medical, hospital, or other care for sick or injured persons that are not financially able to obtain medical care.
Timeline
- April 1 -18, 2022 – Applications accepted
- June 2022 – Awards announced via email
- February 10, 2023 – Final report due
