What is the Community Clinic Grant Program?
The purpose of the Community Clinic Grant Program is to identify and treat potentially chronic conditions to prevent them from worsening. The Community Clinic Grant Program is made possible through the Yardley, England, Trimmer, and Orlich Charities Fund at the Central Florida Foundation and managed by GiveWell Community Foundation (GWCF).
Who Can Apply?
The Community Clinic Grant Program is currently closed. This annual grant cycle is available by invitation only to nonprofit organizations within the Winter Haven, FL area that provide medical, hospital, or other care for sick or injured persons that are not financially able to obtain medical care.
Timeline
- March 1 – 20, 2023 – Applications accepted
- May 2023 – Awards announced via email
- February 9, 2024 – Final report due
