GiveWell Community Foundation announces Impact Polk 2020 grant cycle.
The GiveWell Community Foundation will accept grant applications September 23 – October 14 for grants to be awarded in the Impact Polk 2020 grant cycle. Impact Polk is an annual competitive, donor-directed grant program of the GiveWell Community Foundation with the goal of addressing community needs throughout Polk County.
On September 19, GWCF will host an Impact Polk orientation event at Polk State College’s Center for Public Safety Auditorium in Winter Haven. Organizations who have not previously applied for Impact Polk funding must attend the orientation event. Nonprofits who have previously applied are encouraged to attend but are not required.
