Rath Senior ConNEXTions Center (Coalition on Aging Transitions and Technology, Inc.) is a nonprofit free service. Their mission is to provide seniors age 50+ with education, resources, services, advocacy and leadership enabling them to age with independence and dignity.
Social isolation and loneliness are major factors in the development of illnesses in the senior population. Programs integrate seniors and reduce social isolation. Programs provide education, lively discussions and a meeting place for individuals to interact and further develop with in their senior journey. This reduces social isolation and loneliness, thus decreasing their health risks.
The Rath Senior ConNEXTions Center is a major referral source for the area connecting seniors with services. In order to facilitate this mission funding is crucial to support a home, utilities, technology, maintenance, and ongoing service provision. To accomplish this mission all providers are volunteers!

CATT and Rath Center Fund
The fund helps maintain Rath Senior Scholar’s, which is the educational program that promotes life-long learning with varied topics taught by experts. Rath Senior Summit, is a yearly educational seminar that provides current education about medical information, research and support services for seniors and their families. This information provides transparency, understanding, and an open atmosphere to hear and discuss what is happening in the medical discoveries affecting senior health. The Rath Center engages with senior service providers and elders with existing programs that enhance their wellbeing.
